Easiest way to reboot is to hold down the Power button on the front panel for 5 seconds.

When there is some slow motion such as the camera panning slowly there will be an instantaneous freeze or hesitation of a frame followed by a jerk a few frames ahead and this pattern keeps repeating itself.

It's not immediately obvious but once you start noticing it it is very annoying.
